Customers must provide accurate contact, delivery, and payment information. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, where available, may require confirmation before dispatch.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the delivery location, courier service, weather, and other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and reachable contact details. Shopzo will make reasonable efforts to assist with delivery-related issues.

5. Return and Refund Policy

Returns are accepted only for damaged products or incorrect products received, subject to verification.

Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
A clear, continuous unboxing video showing the package, shipping label, opening process, and received product is required.
Supporting photographs and order details may also be requested.
Approved claims will be resolved through an appropriate replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

6. Cancellations
